  • A managed service Partner to support the internal business IT function that can assist with a major server infrastructure upgrade project
  • A fail-safe offsite Disaster Recovery solution for all backend on premise server equipment
  • Assistance with perimeter security, Firewall configuration and management
  • Overflow support to cover busy and holiday periods.
  • Access to business systems and services from remote locations
  • Real-time alert monitoring and maintenance of all business IT equipment inclusive servers and client devices
  • Automated security and antivirus update and patch management

What We Did

After consultation with the client Novem completed:

  • A full IT audit collaborating closely with the Group IT Director in the design and delivery of a new backend infrastructure upgrade
  • Installed and configured a fully managed UTM firewall device. With ongoing support, monitoring and maintenance
  • Deployed Endpoint management to all IT assets granting monitoring access to internal IT management, configuring automated Microsoft patch management and antivirus update monitoring for all onsite and remote working staff
  • Deployed a fully managed backup solution to all server equipment with automated offsite data center replication complete with a full virtual annual recovery and test
  • Put forward a flexible fixed hour support contract to cover busy periods, staff holidays and infrastructure projects
