SSP Health manages 37 GP practices across the North West with their practices recording some of the highest patient satisfaction levels. All SSP practices inspected by CQC are rated as Good or Outstanding.

Novem work closely with SSP management, and all its staff, to implement a comprehensive IT support agreement along with Office 365 hosted email and productivity tools. We provide a cost-effective hosted telephony solution, a fully monitored disaster recovery platform and a flexible remote access solution allowing key staff to work from alternate business locations.

Requirement

What We Did

After consultation with the client Novem:

  • Completed a Microsoft Office 365 migration from a legacy 3rd party email hosting platform installing the latest Microsoft productivity tools for all users
  • Installed a full feature rich hosted telephony / VoIP solution with fully cloud monitored and maintained POE switching
  • Installed a 40Mb Fibre internet service with a fully monitored 4G backup for the primary business internet connection
  • Installed Shadow Protect business continuity with managed onsite and offsite data center backup facility
  • Installed a secure Hardware VPN solution for remote access
